We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Barcelona, making sure that you receive your products as soon as possible.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard delivery takes 24h/48h for Spain, 2-3 business days within Europe and 3-5 business days to the U.S.
Express delivery takes 2-3 days to the U.S., Canada & Mexico, days to other countries wordlwide.
CUSTOMS OUTSIDE EU: when making the order, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for payment of local customs taxes and duty fees. Due to BREXIT, shipments for the UK could suffer some delay.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Gift cards are non refundable.
4. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)

6. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can never be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
