SHIPPING & RETURNS

We prepare each RODA order with great care. The following guidelines are provided to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all our customers.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday.

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 24–48 hours

• European Union: 2–5 business days

• USA & International: 3–7 business days

A tracking link will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

3. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Local customs authorities determine these amounts independently, and they may differ from any initial estimates shown at checkout.

These charges are not included in our prices and cannot be refunded.

Refusal to pay duties will result in the parcel being returned. No refund will be issued, as the order has not been completed.

4. Refused Deliveries, Unclaimed Parcels & Incorrect Addresses

Parcels returned to us because they were refused, left unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect address information are not eligible for refund.

Return-to-Sender Fee

A return-to-sender handling fee applies to parcels returned under these circumstances.

This reflects carrier charges as well as administrative processing.

The fee may be deducted from any exceptional refund or invoiced separately when no refund is due.

Shipping, return and customs costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Sealed Products & Hygiene Considerations

All RODA skincare products are shipped sealed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of items that remain completely unopened and sealed.

Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

6. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers within the European Union may exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened and with all seals intact.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or unsealed cosmetic items.

7. International Customers (Outside the EU)

For orders delivered outside the European Union, returns cannot be accepted, as international transport and customs conditions do not allow cosmetic products to be safely handled once shipped.

We are, however, happy to assist if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of:

• the item

• the packaging

• the shipping label

We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once products have been inspected.

Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds typically require 7–14 business days to process.

Orders returned due to refusal, non-collection, unpaid duties or incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.

10. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback, RODA will provide the carrier’s official documentation to ensure an accurate resolution.

This includes evidence of refused parcels, unpaid duties, incorrect addresses, or claims regarding goods not received.
